Tutorial #1: How to play online/multiplayer on Counter Strike 1.6 or Source

OK, greetings everyone, and welcome to my first tutorial. These are the three points you should fully acknowledge once you finish applying the steps of this tutorial:

• How to connect to a certain Counter-Strike 1.6/Source online server.
• How to FIND Counter-Strike 1.6/Source servers on the internet.
• A new command in the game console (yay!)

This is actually a very short tutorial, but nevertheless this is how you do it:

1 - Open up Counter-Strike 1.6/Source.
2 - Alt-tab and do the following:
Go to gametracker.com or any online server tracking utility website, then scroll the "Playing" tab until you find the name of our game. (Counter-Strike 1.6 or Source in our case).
When you find an appropriate server with a good amount of players online, an interesting map and a good reputation (optional), copy the IP adress of that specific server.

3 - Go back to your game, and open up the console by pressing ~ by default.

4 - Type in the following: "connect" (without the "") then make a space, and copy the IP adress of the server.

Example: connect 123.1.1.1 

This will automatically connect you to the server you'd like to play on. Please comment, and share this with your friends.
